With Diamond update 2.27.2.0, mechatronics engineers will be able to use OBD mode to recalibrate the map zone of VAG group sports cars equipped with the new Continental Simos19.6 engine ECUs.
OBD mode enables rapid ECU recognition, avoiding the removal and opening of the ECU to access data in the map zone.
In addition, this solution makes it possible to:
– Download the virtual readout file directly from our database, depending on the software version identified during connection with the ECU
– Write VAG software updates with a simple click, selecting the desired version from those available
Note : in case of absence of the virtual read file, it will be possible to change the version of the unit via OBD connection, choosing a compatible update version.
Some of the supported vehicles are :
– Audi: S3, TT, TTS Coupe
– Cupra: Formentor, Leon
– Skoda: Kodiaq, Octavia
– Seat: Leon
– Volkswagen (VW): Golf, Tiguan, T-Roc
New protocol added: (OBD)
